We designed and implemented an Agile Office to support the transformation of an energy company in its transition to new working methods.

Development

The project included the creation of a multidisciplinary team tasked with driving and coordinating Agile initiatives, the development of standards, metrics, and tools for agile project management, and training teams in agile frameworks.

Result

In addition to the value delivered by each project, significant improvements were achieved in interdepartmental collaboration and the execution speed of strategic projects.

Result

The result was the implementation of the company’s own project acceleration model, improved efficiency and workload, evolving from a siloed to a cross-functional organization, and achieving greater responsiveness to market changes and increased efficiency of drug development projects.

We worked with a technology company to increase its team’s productivity by implementing lean processes using AI (Copilot)/ IGI (Copilot) as a key tool.

Development

We implemented a system to propose and execute improvement and efficiency initiatives at both the individual and group levels, and we supported the execution of efficiency projects and AI adoption.

We built efficiency boosting plans by redefining processes and utilizing AI/IGI and automation tools.

Result

As a result, the company reduced operating costs and improved decision-making accuracy.
