We designed and implemented an Agile Office to support the transformation of an energy company in its transition to new working methods.
The project included the creation of a multidisciplinary team tasked with driving and coordinating Agile initiatives, the development of standards, metrics, and tools for agile project management, and training teams in agile frameworks.
In addition to the value delivered by each project, significant improvements were achieved in interdepartmental collaboration and the execution speed of strategic projects.
